Historical Awards now returns matches for VA/DOD/DHS/etc. solicitations that previously returned empty.

Historical Awards now uses a strict 3-field match gate (Place of Performance + Awarding Agency + NAICS — all required, no fuzzy fallback). Deep enrichment via /api/v2/awards adds ceiling, exercised options, set-aside, # offers received, prior solicitation #, and recipient business categories. Same-office tiebreaker boosts predecessor confidence.

First version of the Historical Awards panel in My Pipeline → Details. Surfaces prior contracts from USAspending.gov with recipient, dollar amount, period of performance, and a deep link to the USAspending detail page.
